Since water leaks are a real expense to property owners and often unseen until it is a costly problem, we are dedicated to serving our customers by designing and manufacturing the best water leak detectors with the best coverage at an affordable price.

Leak King was started in 2016 with one product, the TLA Toilet Leak Alarm. It was the result of a conversation with a Rehabber that had just finished a bathroom rehab. An unseen toilet Closet Flange leak had rotted out the subfloor beneath the toilet creating an emergency and expensive rebuild. Since that time and due to many conversations with various maintenance personnel we have developed a full compliment of water leak detecting devices. Our 30 inch x 1 inch flat flexible sensor has shown to provide maximum coverage for those areas around which a leak can occur in a facility. We use that sensor in conjunction with our toilet leak alarm, standard household water leak alarms, as well as our new AC condensate water leak alarms and our AC condensate water leak shutoff control.
